More than two decades leading teams through transformative growth at companies like Slack, Adobe, and Salesforce. Today, I'm taking the leap I've always known was coming—launching Next Level Leadership Group, my career and leadership coaching practice.
The seeds of this journey were planted long ago, watching my dad navigate his entrepreneurial path. As a kid, I saw firsthand what was possible when someone pursues their passion and builds something uniquely their own. Those early lessons of courage and vision never left me.
